Chaitanya Charitable Trust (CCT) is a public charitable trust, A nongovernmental organization (NGO) was established on date 31st December 2012 in Achampet Town of Mahabubnagar Dt. of Andhrapradesh state ( Now Nagarkurnool Dt. of Telangana State). The trust is registered with Sub – registrar, Achampet Reg. No. 26/2021-BK, having their office at D.No. 19-100, Rajiv chowk, Maruthinagar, Achampet ( Now D.No.4-142/G/A/1, 2nd Floor, Plot No. 10,Srinagar colony, Achampet Town, Nagarkurnool Dt, of Telangana State, PIN – 509375). Chaitanya Charitable Trust is a non-profit organization committed to the development of society and give service to the mankind.

OBJECTS OF THE TRUST

To utilize the income as well as the principal of the said Trust Fund for public charitable purposes that is relief and economic development of the rural and urban poor and needy, people’s empowerment, science, social, education, medical and health, activities for the protection of nature especially the earth ( the globe), propagation of peace, control of pollution, research in every field which is useful to the society, agriculture , horticulture, spiritual , meditational, philosophical and other objects of general public utility namely all persons without discretion of cast, creed, colour , religion or gender, whom or set and on particularly following.

(i) Medical relief of the public

(ii) Education & Training

(iii) Relief to the poor

(iv) Agriculture & Horticulture

(v) Veterinary / Animal husbandry

(vi) Research

(vii) Spiritual & Meditational activities.

The Trust is registered by DR. CHANDRAKANTI ANJANEYULU

CHAITANYA popularly known as Dr. C.A. Chaitanya S/o. Yerraiah aged about 59

years, residing at D.No. 4-142/G/A/1, Plot No.9, Srinagar colony, Achampet Town,

Nagarkurnool (Dt), Telangana State., here in after called the SETTLOR or AUTHOR

and Founder of the Trust ( Chairman or Managing Trustee ).

BOARD OF THE TRUST:

The following persons shall be the members of the bord of trust .

1 . DR. CHANDRAKANTI ANJANEYULU CHAITANYA ( DR. C.A. CHAITANYA )

Qualifications: MBBS ( Osm), M.S.(Gen – Surg), FAIS, FICS, FMAS, FIAGES,

shall act as Founder Chairman / Managing Trustee.

2. DR. ARAGALA PRAVEENA, M.B.B.S, D.G.O, DPHM, is a trustee.

3. MR. DUDIPALA JANARDHAN REDDY, is a member trustee.

4. MR. DESI RAMESH REDDY is a newly elected trustee

5. MRS. PAMPARI ARUNA is a newly elected trustee.

6. DR. GADADASU PRITHVI RANI M.B.B.S (OSM), MD(PGIMER) is a

newly elected trustee.

7. DR. GOPIREDDY SWETHA B.D.S is a newly elected trustee.

Advisory Board

The trustees may maintain a set of advisers for the purpose of utilizing their services in furtherance of the objects of the trust. The trustees are bound to accept the decisions of the advisory board unless it is repugnant to the act of law or practices of the country. The founder and author of the trust DR.CHANDRAKANTI ANJANEYULU CHAITANYA shall be the Ex - officio member of the board as follows:

1. Dr. A. Prabhavathi, MBBS., D.G.O, Gynaecologist, Social servant & Philanthropist, Nellore Dt., AP.

2. P.B. Karunakar, B. Tech, Engineer Guntur.

3. P. Pratyush, I.I.T, Techy, Social Servant, Bangalore .

4. D. Sujatha, Yoga Trainer ( Yoga Teacher ) Nalgonda, Telangana.

aCTIVITIES

The Trust has established a first specialty hospital, known as Suraksha Hospital on Dt: 20.03.1996 in Achampet ( even before the registration of the trust, with an aim to give a dedicated medical & health care centre to extend quality, efficient and humble health care with a passion to serve the needy people here. This area is a tribal area and one of the most backward places in the country where services are lacking.

This hospital is located in high priority district where many people belong to poor. Most of them belong to sociality and economically and some of them are tribal people, as this place is where the hospital is established, is located in the foot hills of Nallamala forest area.

Since 29 years the trust by establishing the hospital is continuously, and tirelessly working by extending medical, health care and social upliftment activities, initially when the trust and hospital established, no proper health care centre was existing in this area. Those days way back to 29 years, there were no proper, basic facilities like, transport, electricity and communication systems existing. The Trust along with its hospital giving medical & health services to the poor and needy for free of cost also extended similar services to the middle class & affluent People for an affordable cost ( reasonably low).

Managing Trustee being a general surgeon and Trustee Dr. A. Praveena a gynaecologist combinely performed many surgeries for free of cost to the poor people. One of such case was a woman who came to the hospital with a complaint of something growing in the abdomen. They diagnosed that case and found to have a big Ovarian cyst in the abdomen. Conducted a laparotomy surgery and removed the huge ovarian cyst which was weighing 14 kgs. ( A national record for the first time ) many other major surgeries like resection of gangrenous bowels and anastomosis of healthy bowels to a man and woman. They removed big kidney stones ( several cases ) and conducted hundreds of complicated surgeries.

The Trust along with its hospital conducted many medical camps in remote villages since 1996. The trust has organized several health & educational camps in the remote villages. During Covid – 19 period ( between the years 2020 to 2022 ) the trust has extended medical & health care services to the needy people. The trust members after risking their life have provided medical & health care services to the needy.

The trust has distributed free livelihood material such as rice, wheat flour, pulses such as dhal, oil packets and vegetables to the Covid - 19 affected poor people. The trust also distributed cloths and linen the Covid - 19 affected poor people. the trust extended health & educational services to the school children regarding improvement of health and physical well being. The trust has donated books, stationeries and cloths to the poor school children.

The trust has organised a free acupuncture camp by Japanese doctor, Mr. Yuki Akiyama in our hospital for 3 days. Gave free Acupuncture care to 500 patients, in November 2023.
